Brandon Regional Hospital

The Hospital is one of the largest obstetrics providers in Hillsborough County, with more than 3,000 births expected each year. Comprehensive prenatal education, family centered maternity care, designed accommodations and a New Mom's Support Group are just some of the amenities. A new $7.8 million Family Center, including The Baby Place, opened in the fall of 1996 featuring expanded state of the art birthing areas and the latest in technology and services. Level II and III Neonatal Intensive Care Nurseries complement its large obstetrics program. The Hospital provides the highest levels of care for premature and sick newborns. A neonatologist is in-house around the clock, and transfers from other facilities are accepted.

St. Joseph's Women's Hospital

Across the street from the main St. Joseph’s campus, this 234-bed hospital offers a full line of obstetrical care, delivering thousands of babies every year. Related areas include in vitro fertilization, OB/GYN, Level III neonatal ICU, breast diagnostics, and women’s health care education.
